Dos maneras de negar
En español basta con poner "no" delante del verbo. En inglés depende del verbo:
- Con to be y con los modales (can, will, must, should): not detrás del verbo.
- Con todos los demás verbos: don't / doesn't + forma base.
Con to be y modales: not detrás

Con los demás verbos: don't / doesn't

Después de doesn't, el verbo va en forma base, sin -s:
- She doesn't work on Sundays. — No trabaja los domingos.
- It doesn't matter. — No importa.
"Nada", "ningún", "nunca": una sola negación
Para "no tengo nada de" o "no hay ningún" el inglés tiene dos opciones equivalentes, pero nunca las dos a la vez:

Never y nobody ya son negativos, así que el verbo va en afirmativa:
- I never drink coffee. — Nunca tomo café.
- Nobody knows the answer. — Nadie sabe la respuesta.
Ojo si hablas español
- "No" delante del verbo. ✗ I no speak English. / ✓ I don't speak English. ✗ She no is here. / ✓ She isn't here.
- Doble negación. En español es obligatoria ("No veo nada", "No conozco a nadie"). En inglés estándar solo cabe un elemento negativo: ✗ I don't see nothing. / ✓ I don't see anything. ✗ I don't know nobody here. / ✓ I don't know anybody here.
- never con don't. "No voy nunca" lleva dos negaciones; en inglés never ya basta: ✗ I don't never go. / ✓ I never go.
- La -s tras doesn't. ✗ He doesn't likes fish. / ✓ He doesn't like fish.
Diálogo de ejemplo
Do you want some coffee? — ¿Quieres café?
No, thanks. I don't drink coffee. — No, gracias. No tomo café.
Tea, then? Oh, wait, there isn't any tea. — ¿Té, entonces? Ah, espera, no hay té.
It doesn't matter. I'm not thirsty. — No importa. No tengo sed.
