What to say

Talk to your tutor as usual. These requests use Langrit:

  • "Let's do today's session."

Due reviews first, then a short lesson on your most frequent mistake.

  • "Quiz me on my reviews."

Only the due cards, one at a time, graded like the app.

  • "What do I keep getting wrong?"

Your top mistake patterns, explained, with new sentences to try.

  • "Give me a short writing task."

Write a few sentences; every correction is saved to Langrit.

Ready-made prompts

Apps that support MCP prompts show four of them: today, quiz, my-mistakes and write. In Claude Code they are slash commands; in Claude they sit in the "+" menu. ChatGPT does not show prompts, so just ask in your own words.

  • today
  • quiz
  • my-mistakes
  • write

What the tutor can do in Langrit

  • Reads your languages, level and how many reviews are due.
  • Gets your due reviews with the question type to ask.
  • Lists the mistakes you make most often.
  • Saves a mistake it corrected as a new review card.
  • Grades your answer and schedules the next review.

Saving and grading need the "read and write" permission. A read-only connection can look but not change anything.

Questions

What can the connected app see?

Your languages, level, due reviews, mistake patterns and the cards it quizzes you on. It never sees your password, payment details or email address.

Can it change my account?

With read and write permission it can save mistakes and grade reviews, the same things you do in the app. It cannot delete cards or change your settings.

How do I disconnect?

Open Settings, API access, Connected apps and click Disconnect. Removing the connector in the AI app also works.

Does it cost extra?

No. The connection is part of every Langrit plan and the free trial. Your AI app's own plan is separate.

Where does my data go?

What the tools return goes into your chat with that AI app, under that app's privacy terms. Langrit stores the same learning record it always does.

It says my plan has ended.

The tools need an active plan or trial. Your profile and data export keep working, and you can disconnect at any time.
